Why are your prices lower than other padel sites?
We run an efficient online-only operation across the EU and UK, with a wide catalog and low margins. The savings on overheads go straight into the price you pay. That's how we keep the lowest prices on most premium padel rackets and accessories.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product is brand-new, factory-sealed, and carries the manufacturer's standard warranty.
Will I pay VAT or import duty?
EU customers pay nothing on top of the price you see at checkout. UK customers may pay import VAT and duty at customs. We're working on a UK-VAT-paid checkout to remove that step.
How long does shipping take?
EU: 3-5 business days. UK: 4-7 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a weekday ship the same day.

Can I return a racket I've played with?
No. Returns are unused items in original packaging only, within 14 days of delivery. Sealed ball cans can be returned, opened ones cannot. Full returns policy.
